Now that your sales agreement is active, you’re required to review and retain the Guide to Ethical Market
Conduct and the Multipurpose Confidentiality Addendum and Producer Conduct Rule . We talked about these
documents in your welcome email. If you’ve already reviewed them, thank you. They’re important, so after you
sign up for access to our agent secure website you’ll find them on the Forms and Documents section.
Warming up
We try to make your experience as part of our family easy and convenient. We have online tools for submitting
applications through E-App, quoting rates (via online and mobile), and ordering supplies. You can read about
using our E-App here.
We send out frequent agent email communications and targeted emails. We want to keep you up to date with
what’s going on, so make sure we have your email address.
When you’re completing applications, make sure you include the applicant’s email address where indicated
- on both paper and electronic applications. Having a member’s email address on file helps us (and you)
communicate important information faster.
Our Agent Services team is ready to help you. Product training, supplies, and day-in day-out answers to your
questions are just a phone call or email away. Simply call us at 800 264.4000, option 3, then 1 or email us
at AetSSIinformation@aetna.com. We also have a complete Home Office Directory if you need to contact
another area of our business.
Starting on the right foot
If it’s been 24 hours since you received your welcome email, you can sign up for access to our secure agent
website. From the home page of aetnaseniorproducts.com, click on Agents under Secure Login. You’ll find
your reports, commission statements, supply ordering, promotions, online tools, training and field guides…just
about everything.
You can reference Field Guides in the Training/Sales Guides area for helpful, product specific tips before you
complete and submit applications. Understanding what’s required for application submission will help you
avoid not-in-good-order applications, and will result in faster turn-around times.
The availability of our products and plans vary by state, so take a look at our Product Availability page. Simply
select your state and you’ll see what’s available. And, your agent profile will show your list of approved
products, entities, states, and how your commissions are paid.
